Calcium / vitamin question

I never gut load crickets for frogs. Only my tarantulas get gut loaded crickets. For tree frogs, I dust with each feeding. And I don't dust heavy, just lightly. Never had an issue with them spitting out anything. I use fluker's for the tree frogs. Darts have their own supplements.
