I am not a breeder, but know how they are kept clean and showing their true color potential. If kept on Paper towels that are kept very moist or wet the frogs true colors come out and are very bright. Some will stay bright even if kept on coco fiber, but not often. The coco fiber seems to darken and dull their colors and as they like to hide while burrowed they will purposely dull and darken their color to disguise themselves. If kept on heavily moist moss it will also bring out their colors.
