They are amazing misting systems and can feed so many tanks. Very quiet too. Only time I have a noise issue is when I don't secure a hose since the pressure rattles the hoses.

    Don,
Thank You - for all your help.
You are always - there and about !

I am very happy with all the settings thus far.
I will expect to have to make changes as our seasons change
here on Log Island, as it can gets really muggy during the summer months.

Up-date: Mist King set up -housings Red Eyed Tree frogs

I'm very happy with it. Thanks everyone - for the encouragement to put the $ into it. It is worth every penny !
My arthritic hand ( from spraying ) thanks you too!

This photo was taken - just about 5 minutes after the 7am (4 second mist).

Size: 60.2 KB

The humidity will drop to about 68% toward the top of the tank between mists ( where the probe is)
The humidity toward the bottom of the tank is higher ( but never >80%)- I'm using 2 additional gauges ( mid and bottom left in feeding area)

The HEATED water in the mist bucket has work out really well - There have been NO swings in the enclosure temp.
( when I hand sprayed- I always noticed the temp dropping )
    enclosure review:
    size 36" wide x 18 X 36" tall ( kept in the basement- so room temp changes-seasonally)
original enclosure set up remains the same:
    50/50 --
Bottom Right--- 4" of heated, covered, filtered water
Bottom Left (for feeding)-No soil substrate

Mist King ---Settings - remain the same/working really well !
    7pm - 6 seconds ( before lights out)
    10 pm
    1 am
4 am --- these 7 additional mist times are set on 4 seconds each
    7am
    10 am
    1pm
    4pm

Oooooh - what we do for our sweet little frogs!

I actually thought about getting one of these for my Pacmans when I saw it advertised at Josh's Frogs, but wasn't sure if it would work well with my Hygrotherm and fogger setup. I may have to do some research and obviously this thread helps a lot. Might be a good idea to ponder over Lol!

Ps, I guess ill have to fallow you around the forum too Lol!
