Two White's may eventually outgrow an enclosure of that size, since they grow to be quite large, 4-6" SV length. But a pair of Red Eyes would do nicely in a 20 gallon as long as it was planted well, Looks like you're already planning to get a lot of foliage with all those pots, so as long as you fill them and the substrate with plants you'll be fine with 2 small to medium sized frogs or one large one. The idea for White's is 20 gallons for the first frog and add ten gallons for every frog after that, I think most other medium sized frogs is 10 gallons per frog.

Oh, and some places you can find Red Eyes for quite cheap, $20-$25 as babies.

I think one whites would do okay in there since it is a 30 gal tank. You just have to make sure you have some hardy plants in there, even my gray tree frogs (which are much smaller than whites) have destroyed a few of my more sensitive plants (like the ficus!)

Oh my gosh, why I was thinking this was a 20 gallon build is beyond me.

Griffin, 30 gallons would be fine for two White's, excuse my mistake. XD; And yes Amy's right about the strong plants, you just have to do some picking if you want to put White's in there and make sure you have some strong leaves.

hey guys,kind of a stupid question but i went out yesterday and bought some plants for the 30 hex.i finally found a brom small enough to put in my tank but this brom has thorns on the edge of its leaves.now obviously it could harm the frogs but would it be a issue of the frogs getting poked or snagged on the thorns? hopefully not i really like the look of the this brom
