Another mixed frog/toad question...

Pac-mans will eat anything they can get in their mouths including each other and we all know marine/cane toads are seriously toxic. Also marines are usually wild caught and carry parasites, but by now those captive bred pac-man will have whatever the toad has been carrying.

There is also the chance she is BS-ing you.

I did see this weird setup yesterday, the cane toad is super friendly compared to mine. The pacman frogs had to be dug up for me too see them. Looked like they were in a cocoon state. Neither looked like they are able to eat each other. However I did convince her to separate them and take them to the vet for parasite checkup.
