Sorry, this is going to have to be brief, but a couple of things.
With a prolapse I would always wonder about underlying metabolic bone disease complex and/or parasites. Consulting a vet who can examine the animal is always going to be best, and I would strongly recommend that - radiographs for possible MBD complex and faecal checks for parasites would probably be high on the initial tests list.
So yes, I would certainly get him to a vet if possible. If you post your cricket supplementation regime here others could comment on it with regards to likelihood of MBD complex (you can only say "should be fine or not" - we don't have all the answers), but testing is the way to go I would say.
