Males have massive and wide head in relationship to the body, they don't retain back middle stripe as adults, they also grow bigger and are more colourful.
Females - small and narrow head in relationship to the body, clearly visible in 1 and 4 pics ( the top view), they usually retain middle stripe and are not as colourful.
The middle stripe and the yellow/orange is not reliable, males can have it too, there can be small males and huge females, some frogs are harder to visually sex too, especially when they are younger.
The most reliable way is sexing is to hear them call.
