I tried bud. Maybe if you pm me an area we can help find one for you. My wife is a boss at that kind of stuff. If not we will try to compile all the information given here and see if he has any advice for you. It's a long shot but we gotta save the baby.
Maybe google your local expos and see if you can find a close breeder? Thats how we first found crickets when it got cold and no one would ship.
A lot of time honey soaks won't work the first shot. You can try up to twice a day. Also, did you massage the lump when you bathed him? Another trick that sometimes works is to place your finger just above the cloaca (like, right on the frog's tailbone) and gently (and I cannot stress GENTLY enough) push forward and up. The muscle movements that the frog uses to try and stay in place when you do this mimic the ones they use to poop and will sometimes get them to go. I've had that work multiple times for me.
I second what has been said about a vet visit, but trying the soaks again won't hurt until you can find a vet.

Hi, do you think its just impaction? If you go back to around the start of the thread even tough he says he can see something black inside that side is squishy to the touch and looks watery inside. I don't know what else to say to help besides the Epsom salt bath for retaining water and the honey for impaction. And I think if it is only impaction that he has a serious infection because when you look those last pictures the poor little guys whole right is swollen even the legs. His right front leg looks so swollen that the elbow looks really tight. To me it really looks like edema. And by the way dustyn134 did you try the Epsom salt bath. And has the swelling went down at all or has he ate. And if you cant make it to a vet I really don't know what else to say because even with these little tricks from home we cant diagnose what the frog actually has so it will only help so much. You can keep doing the honey baths as DVirginiana said because even if it isn't impaction it wont hurt him.
Sry for not being around, got flu
and sry my brain is not 100% back either.... I should read the thread fully, but from what I got here , it looks like internal bacterial infection to me. It doesn't look impacted.
You need a vet. Check ARAV website for the local vets, if n/a i suggest you contact Dr. Frye ( milan vet hospital I think) he treats over emails/phone.
I may be offwill be back to reread the thread. Hope it all work out for you.
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
Hello Lija, I was wondering where you were and why you hadn't chimed in on this thread yet. Sorry to hear your not feeling well and hope you get better soon.
