Sadly there is no GREAT digital ones either. They are better than analog by a large margin, but are still inaccurate. Exo Terra Maxes a brand, but it isn't without it's faults.

I have 2 on each of my tanks, a nat geo brand and an exo terra (a little overkill.) I prefer the Nat geo.

Patience is a virtue! its worth it to go through some issues so long as in the end everything will be perfect for my frog. :-P

Absolutely. Better to have it all right before you add a frog into it for sure!

I just bought a Nat Geo one. It seems to be working pretty well, but I only use it to make myself feel better I really just look at the conditions of the plants and use that to help me determine whether it's humid enough or not. I feel like my plant based margin would be +- 10% and Bill's is probably +-0.5% lol.

Lol. Well thats cool that youre good with plants. I think i would be too. But honestly ive never tried it. If i were to add a live plant to the terrarium i want to make sure i know how to treat plants first. I ended up being able to get a refund for the analog types. I bought a digital temperature/humidity gauge on amazon. A lot of the ones i looked at didnt have great reviews or ratings. I got the one with the best reviews and rating. 69 people rated it five stars, the second lowest was 29 votes for 4 stars so i think itll be pretty good. The reviews were good too. I only saw one complaint and it said it was off by 2 degress or something, not a big deal. Ill have that by wednesday. I think ill order the frog wednesday too then because i want to be sure everythings set up and working properly before i have the frog. If i order wednesday ill get him the next day, thursday. I think ill get pinheads wednesday so i can gut load them 24 hours before feeding. If he will even want to eat the first day moving in. Im going to give him a while to settle in before i try. let him in his cage during the day, leave him alone, and try feeding him at night.

I wasnt replying to myself i was asking each of you which brand of digital temperature/humidity gauges you use, i figured itd be better to ask two people rather than just one. Sorry.
