    Default Is this an Egg?

    Is this an Egg in my Whites Tree Frog water dish ?

    Ive tried to get better pictures but this is the best I can get without disturbing it.

    Doubtful. White's need to be cycled before they will mate. And they don't become sexually mature for about 2 years.

    Thanks Bill, It appeared over night. And Its not an air bubble. Still waiting for my Cheese Steak : )

    I haven't touched it to know, I have only pushed it around in the bowl with a long piece of Bamboo Skewer to get a better look.

    Swing by philly sometime and I'll take you for a real cheese steak, not those things we feed to tourists. Lol

    It looks gelatinous, but no small eggs. I was thinking it may be a snail egg sac. But without the presence of eggs, that most likely rules that out.

    Can you take it out the water and take a pic? It may be a urate.

    Yes I can take it out, whats a urate?
    Edit; I took it out and when I placed it on a piece of paper to photograph It kind of desinigrated. <spell check)
