Is this an Egg in my Whites Tree Frog water dish ?

Ive tried to get better pictures but this is the best I can get without disturbing it.

Doubtful. White's need to be cycled before they will mate. And they don't become sexually mature for about 2 years.

I haven't touched it to know, I have only pushed it around in the bowl with a long piece of Bamboo Skewer to get a better look.

Swing by philly sometime and I'll take you for a real cheese steak, not those things we feed to tourists. Lol

It looks gelatinous, but no small eggs. I was thinking it may be a snail egg sac. But without the presence of eggs, that most likely rules that out.
