The problem is due to a misunderstanding. You did not explain how to prepare the bath therfore anyone who has not heard of this bathing method could easily misinterpret it as being bathed in just honey.

You must give details into how to prepare such treatments so that they are administered properly.

When I was on fish forums more, there was a rule of thumb that the only procedure you should do without confirmation from an experienced keeper or (ideally) a vet, is to keep things clean and keep the temperature right. Accidentally adding the wrong meds or doing the wrong procedure is much more likely to harm the frog than leaving the condition for another few hours until you know for sure.

Grif is definitely the one to ask, but i will tell you what I know. (Correct me if I am wrong) Honey is a natural laxative, and the sugar in it will give them a boost of energy if they are feeling lethargic.

...good thing I have common sense because if I went by your dumb **** spelling and sentence structure, Henry would have been bathing in a tub mixed with WORMS and HONEY. I'm on here because, unlike the majority of amphibian and exotic pet owners I care for this animal's well being...he's not just a decoration to me. I hope, Vince, that in future comments on future forums you can remember that people posting these have come this far because they honestly want to care for their pet...I won't blame you for your lack of education in English grammar and sentence structure if you won't blame me for the ignorance I'm trying to deplete in owning Pacman Frogs.

Day 3 of warm baths with honey. still no poops...both sides seems very hard...but do see to be loosening a bit. Also...I feel like I should try to feed him SOMETHING...I mean, it's been like 4 or more weeks now since he's eaten. I might try the turtle food...just one pellet...unless, you don't think I should...I know someone said NO food...what do you guys think?

I wouldn't feed him until he poops. And I don't think turtle pellets would be good to feed him. These frogs can go a while without food. Good luck and keep trying. If he will let you, you can very gently massage his side to loosen up the poo a little more...

Sherry is right. Do not feed him if he is impacted it will make it worst. See if you can find and buy some Fluker's Repta Boost just incase.

He is overweight. He was eating too many mices
