I am not sure what is wrong with the frog, please give us more details. Shedding of the skin is quite normal as long as there isn't a disease associated with it. If the problem is bloating - now that's a serious matter. Bloating is often fatal unless treated quickly.

Can you provide a close up picture? I still cannot see much in those pictures and I have a 27" monitor.. what you're describing could be red leg.
