I am not sure what is wrong with the frog, please give us more details. Shedding of the skin is quite normal as long as there isn't a disease associated with it. If the problem is bloating - now that's a serious matter. Bloating is often fatal unless treated quickly.

Often times, these frogs will remain motionless just under the surface of the water for a long period of time, this is normal. ACFs are crepuscular (active during the twilight hours).
