    umm... i missed the part about first rat i am in the rong sorry.... but as for 4lbs female idk about that most males dont get that larg its not to say thay cant but the norm is 2-3lbs i my self have a 800+gram male and a 340+ female it looks to me that the fat around the legs and lower neck is a bit much thats all im trying to say if anyone hase a 4lb female i would like to see a pic of it on a scale ....ive only got a few pics on my profile but yea i do and have owned lots of pixies

    I don't own a Pyxie and am no expert, but you're right about the weights. Females are usually. around 2.75 pounds to 3. Males can be 4 pounds to 5. Most of the heavy weights occur in the wild though.

    Hey,

    I am a little bit concerned by the big throat of your female.
    Usually, its is common when frogs are overfed, mainly with too much rodents.

    Is she always like this or was it only during you took the pictures ?

    Maybe I am completely wrong, it is just a question...
