I would also recommend a Giant African Pyxie. They are really hardy and not picky about eating at all.

They are very nocturnal, but I'm okay with that. I'm not home most of the day anyways. He hides in his fake leaves and then bright eyed and ready to "hunt" when his lights turn off. He is very pretty, IMO.

I agree not a beginner frog, unless lots and lots of research first. What specie are you referring to?
