While some frogs toxins like from American Bullfrogs are weak and don't really do harm Toads are a lot more toxic. The toxin will make your frog sick if it doesn't kill it. Toads have large parotoid glands located behind the eyes which is where their toxins are manufactured and released. Frogs and toads of the same species are immune to their own toxins but will harm or kill those that are not of the same species.
Don't do it. You could kill your Pacman.
