well i just soaked him again he has been down in the basement where there is zero human contact this way people walking in and out wont stress him and still nothing he doesnt move he doesnt even burrow he just sit there and does nothing whatelse can i do at this point? You may have to force feed him. I'm sorry, but if you don't he will starve to death. Then I want you to find a vet in your area that treats amphibians and give them a call. Set up an appointment. Haveing someone who is an expert on treating amphibians may be able to help you more than we can at this point. Also you should buy some Pedialyte that is unflavored and give him a soak in a 10 to 1 solution of the Pedialyte. For every 10 ounces of water add one ounce of Pedialyte. It should be warmed to room temp. Then soak him in it. This bath will give him electrolytes and vitamins. You can try this soak before contacting a vet first to see if he perks up. If you need instructions for force feeding we can provide that. Don't give up.
