could you please explain, why you think it is P. hypochondrialis and not P. azurea?

When I compare with the diagnositc characters mentioned in this article http://mail.bioline.org.br/getpdf?NGD043-07 ("...A, narrow white stripe on the upper lip, not reaching the lower eyelid...") I would say it is P. azurea.
