I had him in a shoe-box sized tupper-ware before, and he was still buried, and not eating.

I had to do the same for my Pac Grif. My frog fell ill and didn't eat. I had to force feed everyday for 2 months. I finally pulled my Pac through and saved its life. It eats and eats and poops and eats Lol! Trust me the not waiting to fix a problem and not waiting to long before taking action and force feeding your frog is key to its survival if it stops eating. Both mine and BG's methods worked my frog just took a lot longer to recover from what was ailing him/her. Take the advice.
You are getting great advice from people with experience. You should listen to it and use it.
That enclosure is way too large for a baby Pac, even a little large for an adult. They are nocturnal....they will be active (as active as these frogs ever get anyway) during the night and should be fed then.
They need warmth ...... 80 to 86 degrees F during the day (no lights required) and 76 to 80 degrees at night with a humidity range of 60% to 80% at all times. A UTH is recommended for a heat source.
Some of us keep & some of us also breed them.
I am not disputing or rejecting anyones advice. I greatly appreciate it! I was just letting you know what I have done...
How do I go about force feeding?
