How much to feed a Pacman

I agree, it can definitely be difficult to determine if you're pacman is hungry.
However, for an adult pacman it should be fed every 2-3 days.
One trick to know if your frog is hungry is you will notice it will surface itself. For mine, she comes out at around 11pm to feed. She spends her day burrowed deep in the substrate, and whenever she feels its time to eat she lets me know by revealing herself and sitting in the open.
That's the only good trick I could offer you to know when your pacman is hungry.
However I also know all frogs have their own personality, so if my theory is off for your my apologies.

Sometimes my Pacman surfaces every night but it's for taking a bath. I appreciate your help, all good intentioned efforts to help me are.. well good Do you know how much I should feed every time? Is there some food percentage I can go after to know how much it should be feed? 1 cockroach 2-3 days, 2cockroaches 2-3 days and so on? Only thing I know for certain is if I feed it a mouse (never happened yet) it can go without more food for 1 week. Need a food chart sometimes I can fell...

Haha well, depending on the size of your frog you'll have to get a feel for how much she can gobble down.
If you're feeding her say, every 3 days, 3 cockroaches should suffice. Granted I don't know her size, but for an adult if the cockroachs are fairly good size 3 should do, maybe 4.
So if you're feeding her on a 3 day schedule, I would say every 9 days to dust your feeders.
Also with the mouse thing; they make a great snack for them. However, they are junk food to them as our candy bars our to us. They taste great, but they lack the nutrients needed to support a healthy body. So if/when you do feed your frog mice, I would say no often than one every 2 weeks. Also you could dust the mouse itself, if you feel your frog needs it.

Hmmm, if your pacman is an adult. If its a male only 1 **** roach every two days, if its a female only 2 cockroaches every two days. Because females are larger, of course they will need more food(or so I assume). Only dust the roaches ONCE a week. You can also try feeding her earthworms, for a variety. So once a week you can feed her 2-3 large earth worms. If your frog is burried, dont try to pick her/him up. Leave her untill she surfaces. She will surface, when she does, then you plop in her/his food. Make sure not to leave the insects in more than 15 minutes in the enclosure. To prevent injuries, even if the insect is supposed to be harmless. Also, before feeding try misting her, then plop em in. She will be more on a feeding frenzy after this. I think 3-4 roaches would be a bit too much on one sitting. She could probably eat it, but it would go down better if you only do 1-2 LARGE roaches every two days. 3-4 or more could be asking for obesity. Obviously these frogs are naturally fat, but the fatty deposit could well sorround her eye impairing her vision. I have seen cases of "over-weight" pacmans, that their eyes have so much fat around it(I saw this in a petstore once a few years ago), that the frog cant see very well or at all. Its also not too good for them for that matter.

I'll stick to your plan about feeding her 2 roaches every second day, dust once and try variation of the food intake once in a while but preferred, once every week.

I usually just feed nightcrawlers as a staple to the pacman but I think the concept is the same. To tell that I've fed enough for that day, I wait for my pacman to swallow after he eats this worm. If he swallows fast like it's nothing, I feed another worm, if he swallows and then a little later moves his stomach to make room for more, that's when I know he's had enough and that usually does take about 15 minutes. He will bury himself right after and then comes back up to the surface and that's when I feed him again. That's about the frequency that you should feed him at. Just make sure that his width is not larger than his length because that means he's over weight and vice versa. Your pacman should be like a round circle or close to it. So just monitor it and make changes as needed.

I think feeding mice is important because it gives you frogs some added nutrients that are missing in his staple. I feed mice after my frog poops because that's when he has the most room in his stomach and I don't want to risk impaction.
