Two males... Mating?

Exactly what I was going to say! Its coming into the season where most animals are now going to think about procreating, if he's that desperate and has no other option he may well attempt to get the other frog into amplexus. My whites have not done it to one another but they have been very restless recently. My male Firebelly is calling non stop and as soon as one of the others go past he jumps onto them, both the male and female.

They have been extremely restless! They've both rubbed their noses and calling a bit more frequently.

That's the part that worries me too. That darn Honey was constantly leaping up and hitting the screen lid on the tank, and I could hear him crawling all over and jumping on the plants until late. I went in and got video of all his shenanigans. Thought at first maybe he was hungry (he ate two medium crickets night before last though) but noooooooope. I just find it incredibly strange that he won't try amplexus with Shirley, unless it's because he's intimidated by her?? She's glombed him pretty good more than once while going after food.
