Agree with the others. You will want to setup the tank ahead of time and make sure you can maintain the required heat and humidity before you put the frog in and stress it out while you dial the tank in. The Hides will be unnecessary and will most likely never be used.

Make sure you can maintain the temperature over night, you may need to think of other ways to heat the tank. The daytime heat bulb will dry the air in the tank out quickly which will mean you need to mist more often which will mean you need to drain the water from the drainage layer more often. You could look into heating the tank using a ceramic heat emitter. They produce zero light and can be used to heat the tank 24/7 while also producing a radiant heat that does not cook the humidity out of the air. I would also recommend looking into an LED light (Aquatraders - Guaranteed Best Prices on Aquarium Lightings + Free Shipping!) they produce little heat and will help keep the humidity in the air (because they won't cook it out).

Just a few thing I have learned from experience. Better to adjust your list now than to be buying things in a pinch.

By the way - Nicely done planning in advance before you actually get the frog. That is the best way possible to do this!
