yup, the only way you could do it would be if you only had a cage carpet at the bottom, as it would be the same as an 18x18x24 with six inches of drainage and soil. If you ever use soil, or even coco fiber, you will need at least 1 1/2" of drainage, and that's not taking into account how much soil or coco fiber would go on top of that.
