I believe so, just dont make it too bright. Just enough to make him/her aware that it is daytime.

worms are delicacies in the frog world XD.
a regular light should be fine if she gets calcium powder.

the substrate and the tank will absorb the heat. if she feels she needs more heat, she will cuddle up against the wall with the heater.
