Very cute frogs, thanks for sharing. Although low UVB (2-5 level) will not harm frogs; they can't produce CA out of it like reptiles do. You need to add supplements to their food and if they spit it out, try another brand like Repashy. It's important that you provide at least an 85F basking spot and maintain the proper temperature parameters, more info on that in here: Frog Forum - White's Tree Frog Care - Litoria caerulea.
You can add another frog (after quarantine) if the enclosure provides space for all the frogs and they are all of a similar size to prevent smaller ones from being eaten. Good luck!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
I would try a different calcium/vitamin powder and see if you can get them to eat it that way. And please make sure when you add another frog, that if nothing else you at least get a frog that is the same size! Don't want any dead frogs!
