Melafix is a mild bactericide made from natural ingredients and Pimafix is a fungicide with internal anti-bacterial properties. They have to be mixed with dechlorinated tap water per the bottle label directions. You can mix and use both of them together. Recommend prepare a gallon of solution (store in darkness after mixing) and use that to bath the frog 2X a day (solution depth to frogs chin). Can also use it on the frog's water dish and to drip it over frog's affected area while it's sleeping. Let us know when you start treatment and how it goes.
Read that you keep the frogs on a bare glass bottom; recommend use damp unprinted paper towels as a substrate if tank is bare.
