I wouldn't. 10 gallons is way too small for a multi species tank. There's no room to break sight lines, and in a small tank, things happen very quickly. So if something goes wrong, it will go very bad, very fast. Not to mention that if they have different care requirements, there's no way to keep such a small ecosystem stable in such a small tank.
