New Pixie

I just picked up a pixie frog the other day. It was labeled as a dwarf african bullfrog, though I'm not sure if it is a dwarf or not. It really doesn't matter anyway. It's maybe three inches STV, though I haven't measured it yet. It's eating like crazy and has even taken dubia roaches from tongs. I was hoping someone could tell me if this is a dwarf and if you think it's male or female.

Thanks, I had a dwarf years ago and couldn't pass this one up. Though I would really love to have a big giant male on day.

Agree, it's for sure an edulis and seems to be a female as well.

I have a little male called Duncan and he does not reach 4 in. full grown. Might be small; but is a very cute fellow! Strangely, it's got mixed traits from both giants and dwarves .

Thanks everyone. She is cute, and a pig. She's eating really well. I want to go back and get the other one now... Love these frogs.
