Questions about the size of enclosure.

Hello,everyone,I am wondering if my enclosure is too big for a baby pacman,(I know baby pacmans would be stressed in this situation).Can I add more living plants as the hidden place to solve this problem?Or should I buy a smaller critter keeper?

What size is frog from snout to vent (SVL) and what size enclosure are we talking about? I find these ExoTerra Breeding Boxes adequate for babies in small size and the 5-7 cm. juvies do well in a medium BB or a foot square ExoTerra small enclosure. To help control temp and humidity you can place the whole Breeding Box inside a ten gallon tank where you will release frog after reaching 8-9 cm. Good luck !

Do you have Exo Terras where you live? If so then a 30x30x30cm is good. Be much easier if everyone used the same units of measurement.

A ten gallon aquarium is 50Lx25Dx30H in cm. An ExoTerra Low Small is 45x45x30H. The ten will fit any adult male and small females. The ExoTerra will fit any adult Pacman including large Ornate females and similar and has convenience of doors in front; but is more expensive than a 10 gal. with screen top. Don't know your frog size yet and species yet .

I presume captive bred. He was tiny when I got him. I'll ask the store next time I go. Why do you ask?

Well, because I'm wondering if there is a connection between captive bred and wild caught having space issues. Because captive bred is always raised in small enclosures and wild caught, they are used to the jungle.
I'm sure there are exceptions, but I'm wondering if there is a certain pattern here. I own 2 wild caught & 2 captive bred cranwellis, both wild caught have no space issues while the captive bred ones needed to be put in smaller enclosures.
