Going on vacation, what should i do for my WTF's?

you can't leave frogs for 4 days, you need somebody to come, change water and mist them as well to maintain humidity. frogs (if adults) will be fine for 4 days without food, but water has to be changed daily and humidity has to be constant, there is no way around it.

I know ill probably get my sisters friend to do the water and spraying. The only thing is the food because she would probably be grossed out to put crickets in...

white's can easily go 4 days without food. my white's eat once per week. just feed them well before going on vacation and have someone come in to mist the tank if you don't have an automatic system set up.
