Well that would be rather definitive that it's male (I'm pretty positive that females don't call). Also if he/she gets very large it's most likely a male. In this species the genders are dimorphic in size, with males larger than females.

Looks like a female to me as well. The stripe running down the back and the head shape make me think this.
Based on the colouring and head shape, I would almost guarantee that its a female. By the age and size you indicated, my male was already very thick necked and had distinct yellow happening on his throat. Either way, you have a very nice looking frog!
