awesome set up Lynn. instead of storing all those gallons of H2O, have you ever considered setting up an algae tank with one of those spare tanks? it would be a relatively endless supply of de-chlor water on hand at all times. i'm setting one up soon just for my frog's water.

BEAUTIFUL Lynn! I love that the designs are the same so that even though they are separate tanks it all flows together. I noticed the frogs on the glass, they have to LOVE all that space

That's actually unusual for the moreletii.
They are usually in the leaves.

?? I keep 6 refilled. It's easy.
I use it for the red eyed and the black eyed tree frogs.
I would be nervous using anything else for the tree frogs.
They need clean water !!!

Clean water, that's the sole purpose of an algae tank. The water is cleaned and purified by the algae. After you use some, just top off the tank. If you're not using it immediately, you don't even need de-chlorinator. The chlorine and chloramine will off gas in a day or two.
