It would probably be best for you to post pictures.
Also, fill out the "trouble in the enclosure" form.
Is your little guy wild-caught? If so it could easily be because of parasites if he hasn't been treated.

He isnt wild caught I raised him since he's a tadpole , he's one of the lucky who survived the catastrophe or trouble in the tank last time killing lots of them the others i released and kept him because he was the cutest.
