Red trout worms are ok for my pacman?

African night crawlers work great. They are a little smaller than canadian nightcrawlers, but they are able to withstand temps in the 70s. I have been raising them for a year. These worms will eat frog poop if left in the cage, I actually dispose of all my frogs poop by feeding it to my worms.

The worms basically live in compost so I see no harm in doing that.

i know this is a bit late, but in my fishing experience, red trout worms are the same thing as red wigglers. if in doubt, post a pic and we can verify. the wigglers do give off the noxious secretions, but i'm still going to try. night crawlers are probably better and easier to find though. any gas station will have them.
