My roomate would lose her mind if she knew a few thousand roaches are in there LOL. Hey man is there any place I can pick up cardboard egg flats without ordering online? Would any stores carry them locally?

That's a good question, I don't really know. Farm supply stores usually carry them. Craft stores might have something that would work. I save paper towel tubes to keep mine in. I ordered a bunch of egg flats from ebay, but I don't use them. It's easier to knock roaches into a cup using paper towel tubes. You can use wadded up paper, as well. Cut up pieces of cardboard from boxes work. I try to avoid stuff with lots of ink or glue on it. Old fake plants work well for them. Basically anything that will provide crawling/sitting space is fine.
Yeah I saw your vid and saw the paper towel tubes, I started to save mine when I saw that. I'll search around the apartment to see what will work. Also, with Easter coming up, I can prob just buy a good amount of eggs in the cardboard flats and knock out two birds with one stone![]()
I just tracked it and it said it was delivered but to the front office. Hopefully they can hold out one more night and I'll get them first thing tmrw.
all the roaches were goners upon arrival. :\
Well, it is MY apartment, she just lives thereShe actually still owes me rent money for a few months, so she has no say in what I keep in the apt hahaha. Pretty soon though she'll be moving out and I'm going to move my bedroom into hers and use my current bedroom as a herp room.
Anyway, small update, she managed to eat 1 single solitary cricket on her own last night so, here's hoping that she's snapping out of whatever is going on with her... She still continues to have those bright green spots though, idk.
I hope she's feeling better Omar, poor darling.
As for mixtures, I got this stuff for frogs from my vet, you just add warm water to it and make a paste. Has everything he needs in it! I would look into that stuff too if you don't want to grind up worms and stuff lol
