Plants do not need UV, a standard fluorescent will do the trick. Look for one with a color temperature of 6500K (typically labeled as "Daylight"), those give the best quality light for viewing and plant growth.
As Pete said, a low wattage blue or red light will work for night viewing.
There should be no need for supplemental heat, if they can survive the cold temperatures outside they will have no trouble with room temperatures inside.![]()
