    Even if your frog is not that species, the conditions should be ideal.

    As to where to take the frog, I would give the RSPCA a ring before you take the frog to them, just to get some advice on what to do. They will likely know where to go if they can't help you themselves.
    Thanks for the reply. I actually didn't realise that this is an international site, I though it was Australian. I'm going to give the Victoria Amphibian Research centre a call tomorrow morning, as they apparently have a program that specifically takes care of these 'lost frogs'. He actually seems to be doing quite well, although he probably hasn't had anything to eat for quite a while. Oh and I found out that he is a Dainty Tree Frog, he's a cute little guy...it would be a shame to see him pass away.
