Help!

One of my tree frogs ended up having a rubbed nose because of shipping the guy i bought it from said it wouldnt be a problem because it would heal on its own.the thing ive been noticing is that the wound may be getting infected and it also may be effecting the frogs health but my question is there some medicine or remedy i can do to take care of this.

I would recommend the same treatment we advised for the burned frogs.
