That's an interesting scenario - I don't think anyone has ever asked here or on caudata.org about a burned amphibian. My main concern would be that if the burn is serious then the skin will degrade to the extent that putting antibiotics on the frog could be dangerous in and of itself. Those triple antibiotics like neomycin are usually alright for small cuts and the like, but I'm hesitant to recommend it for a large problem like this could be. Can you photograph the wounds please?
