Wow, those are great pictures. His contrast of color is crazy, he almost appears golden with a very light appearance of green and brown. How old is Bruce now?

Setup is pretty simple.

1x white shower curtain

DSLR camera with a external flash. Just point the flash up towards the ceiling and bounce the flash from there.
