    Default Lemon hourglass frogs?

    Does anyone know anything about these guys petco has them but haven't really seen anything about them mainly wondering If they'd be able to mix with my whites or would ANY other frogs be able to room with my whites or only one species per cage

    If they are Dendropsophus ebraccatus, no, they cant be kept with white's. They'll be eaten. Mixing species is a issue of debate, but generally it should only be left to the most experienced keepers, if that.

    I'm pretty experienced and I would never mix tree frog species.

    That's how I should've put it! I feel the same way.

    Hourglass frogs stay small, the largest females get no more than, maybe 1 3/4 inches long.

    Watch how a Whites tree frog eats. They'll pretty much eat anything that will fit in their mouthes.

    Yep, I feed my white's roaches bigger than hourglass frogs! They also eat things much bigger than that....
