Clean water or not?

Rupert doesn't ever get in his dish anymore so I sometimes don't change it for a day or two =x I know its bad but if he isn't using it there's no harm. I keep an eye on him so if he decided to move towards it I would change the water. I think if the water sits still for so long it may turn to stagnant water.

Water just sitting around will eventually become foul but you don't have to change it every 1-2 days if the frog isn't using it.

Thanks everyone. I know it becomes stagnant after a few days, but if he doesn't use it I figured it would be fine to change it every other day. I wanted to know what you all thought. Thanks again.
