Help! Something is wrong with my Pacman

I've had my pacman for almost a year. Kept on cocofiber. But three days ago, I noticed it has trouble hopping, just kind of flopping around, with it's legs streched out. So i thought maybe a calcium deficiency, so I started syringe feeding calcium once a day. The hopping is better. But now, you know how they can puff up when you touch them? Well it has one side that is super puffed, the skin in alomost see through and I can see the veins in it. He can't unpuff the one side. Seems to be getting slowly sicker, now it just kind of lays there. Please help!

One of my pacs leg is like that but she eats and poops like crazybut when she was a baby she hopped odd i didnt get her from my petstore i got her offline with 3 other sibling two died one from mbd and the other i sold to the petstore where did you get it from

Bought it at a reptile expo.

Post a picture so someone on here might be able to give an idea of what might be wrong. I hope your pac gets better.

What type of setup do you have it in? Temp/humidity? Type of food you been feeding and any other infos you can provide will make it easier for members who try to help.
