I noticed that the normal phase cranwelli i just got has a significantly longer snout than my others Iv had and still have, and definitely longer than any ornate iv seen. Is this just a typical feature of C. Cranwelli?
Grif has a long snout and his head is very large. All the pics I've seen of Ornates have smaller snouts than what Grif has. Almost like the Ornate snout is more rounded too. Grif's kind of goes to ablunt point.
Ornates definitely have more dome-like heads. The thing about cranwelli is that they don't always have long noses.

Both species do have their own distinct looks. Longer snout and broader head usually signify female or could mean the frog is more mature.
