Water bowl colour

Hello do you think it matters what colour water bowl you use for these frogs? I remember reading that they fell more secure in a darker bowl because they blend in easier. thanks.

I wrote that a long time ago on a forum and the users took me apart. However I still stand by it - they will feel more secure in surroundings in which they can better blend in. There have been scientific papers published on this behaviour.

That was probably where I read it. It makes sense to me I think Ill try to get hold of a dark coloured bowl thanks.
