    Default Do Crickets have fleas?

Hi, I'm a new member with a Pacman frog that I've had for about 3 months now. I've been feeding him crickets and I've noticed recently little tiny flea-looking-things in the cricket keeper, but didn't think much about it. Today when I went to feed him, I noticed these little bugs all in his cage. I'm not sure what they are. They fly and jump really fast. I took him out of his tank for now, but I'm not sure what to do. I just cleaned his tank a couple of days ago and put new substrate in it. Please help I'm freaking out about these things!

Sounds like springtails, not fleas. They're harmless.
