Being invasive, there are plenty of web pages devoted to identifying Cubans in Florida so people don't go around knocking off native species. Like this one:

the 'skin fused to the skull' I found interesting and could rule out it being a Cuban or add some confidence to the ID (I don't know what frogs share this trait, but presumably no Florida native tree frogs or it's a lousy test). I've only ever seen one in person and I'm not familiar with Floridas native frogs, so hope this is some help.
