Hi I'm new to the forum and just wanted to share some pics of the tree frogs I've gathered over the last couple years. I currently own 5 Cuban tree frogs, A Cope's Gray tree frog, A Spring Peeper, and a Pacman frog (which I know is not a tree frog, but a frog nonetheless lol).
The Pacman
Cope's Gray
Spring Peeper
The Cubans
Very nice frogs. What do you think of the Cubans as captives?

Their fairly easy to take care of, but not so active during the day as they are nocturnal, so their not very entertaining lol. Except for when you feed them, thats always fun to watch. I have 3 (was 4 but they sometimes tend to be cannibalistic) 2-3 inch Cubans in one 10 gallon tank and they all get along just fine and tend to stay in their own specific spots throughout the day. If their all relatively the same size you don't have to worry about them eating each other as I have learned and they'll eat pretty much anything smaller than them from insects to small lizards and other frogs. Their easy to handle but kinda slippery and like to get out of your hands and make you chase them around sometimes but I'm sure that goes with most frogs haha. Also you should wash your hands after handling them cause their skin creates a toxic mucus that can cause irritation. Oh yeah and they like to chirp really loud (occasionally) around 4-6 a.m. for about five minutes but you get used to it lol
But other than that though their pretty simple to care for and fun to watch when active. Their sweet looking frogs with an array of different colors and patterns, and the best part of all is their free from the backyard
Wow ...that is one fat pacman. Welcome to the forum and thanks for sharing.
