Eli, is it just for the green tree frog? You don't need UV for the vast majority of frogs. Here is what I would do for a single 10 g vert. I would get one of these: http://www.joshsfrogs.com/lighting/f...mpact-top.html

And put a Daylight compact fluorescent light bulb in it, say 20 watts. You can buy the GE brand of that bulb in packs of 2 for less than 10 dollars at Walmart. Just make sure it says daylight on it. Those bulbs are 6500 K colored light. Don't get the soft or warm white bulbs.
